Red Valentine is one of the most widely sold colour Aglaonema hybrids, with large ovate leaves heavily speckled in bright red and pink over a green base. Like most modern Aglaonema colour cultivars, it comes out of commercial Thai and Filipino breeding programmes that rarely publish exact cross records, so it's best treated as a named hybrid selection rather than a documented sport of any single wild species. It shares the genus's famously tough constitution — genuinely one of the most forgiving colourful houseplants available.
