About Alocasia azlanii 'Albo Pink'
Alocasia azlanii is a compact, corm-forming jewel Alocasia endemic to Brunei, first described in 2016. The base species has dark metallic-green to bronze leaves with vivid pink to red venation. This form, sold as Albo Pink, carries white and pale pink sectors across the metallic blade. It is tracked separately from the cream and mint marbled Variegated form of the same species.

Well-draining loamy mix: 40% potting compost, 30% perlite, 20% orchid bark, 10% worm castings. Alocasias need moisture retention unlike most aroids but still require good drainage.
Keep evenly moist during the growing season, never waterlogged or bone dry. Check soil every 3-4 days in summer and reduce significantly over winter.

Metallic Leaves of Brunei
Alocasia azlanii grows as a small basal rosette in the wild, with dark metallic leaves and pink to red venation. On this form the pale sectors come in two tones, white and a soft pink, laid over the bronze-green tissue. Every recorded sale on file lists the two colours together as Albo Pink; no seller lists a white-only azlanii separately.
