About Philodendron brandtianum K.Krause

Philodendron brandtianum is a climbing species native to the humid tropical forests of Brazil, Bolivia, and Peru. It is identified by its heart-shaped leaves, marked with silvery-grey camouflage-like variegation between the veins. As a scandent grower, it develops larger, more mature foliage when given a moss pole or other support to climb. It grows quickly relative to other South American understory Philodendron species.
