About

Aussie Dream crosses the small-leaved, densely fenestrated Monstera adansonii with the larger, more robust Monstera deliciosa, landing on a leaf shape that's more symmetrical and rounder than adansonii alone while carrying a heavier hole-punched fenestration pattern than deliciosa typically shows at a comparable size. The result reads as a tidy middle ground between its two parents rather than a simple blend — leaves stay compact but the fenestrations are bold and evenly distributed. Like both parents, it's a climbing hemiepiphyte that benefits from a moss pole or similar support once it starts producing longer internodes.
