Rhaphidophora tetrasperma (the 'Mini Monstera', known for its small fenestrated, Monstera-like leaves) has a variegated sport that ranks among the most sought-after variegated aroids in the entire hobby. Irregular cream-white sectors interrupt the split leaf blade, and the variegated form sells well above the green species. Reduced chlorophyll on variegated sectors means noticeably slower growth than the plain species.
