Amydrium
Amydrium is a smaller Southeast Asian genus of climbing aroids, closely related to Rhaphidophora, most collected through A. medium and its named colour-break forms. Leaves are pedate (deeply divided into narrow lobes radiating from a single point atop the petiole), a distinctive shape within the wider aroid catalogue.

Care Notes
- Amydrium medium's deeply divided, pedate leaf shape is present from a relatively young age, unlike genera where lobing only develops with maturity; juvenile leaves are simpler and ovate before shifting into the mature lobed form.
- The Albo, Aurea, and Variegated colour breaks of A. medium are separate chimeric sports of the same species, not different varieties: each needs a cutting from its own specific variegated line to propagate true.
- Like most climbing aroids in this catalogue, Amydrium develops larger, more mature leaf form with a support to climb rather than left to trail unsupported.
