Amorphophallus is an Old World genus of tuberous aroids that produce a single, often umbrella-like dissected leaf each growing season rather than a rosette of foliage. This catalogue includes A. konjac, cultivated widely across East and Southeast Asia for the food-starch trade, and A. titanum, the corpse flower, grown here for its foliage phase rather than its short-lived bloom.
